In the production of air screw compressors Ozen Kompresor company uses durable, high-performance screw blocks produced by the leading manufacturers of compressor equipment. Thanks to the special design and excellent lubrication of the screw pair, Ozen Kompresor made reliable and highly efficient screw blocks.

The optimum internal arrangement of the compressor facilitates easy maintenance. The oil tank manufactured by Ozen Kompresor, corresponds to the company’s quality policy, is certified by the CE conformity certificate and is compactly located under the screw block.

The vibration generated by the compressor is transferred to specially designed gaskets, which reduce the overall vibration of the compressor to a minimum. To lower the noise level and maintain a stable operating temperature of the compressor a special ergonomic and compact body which is painted according to the advanced technologies of auto-painting was designed.

CORE compressors have pulleys that allow to select the ideal speed for maximum efficiency of the screw unit. Automatic belt tensioning systems and high quality of torque transmission ensure the reliability of the compressor. In CORE compressors are used standard electric motors of high efficiency IE2 IP54/55. In motors is used a thermal protection sensor of the PTC standard.

Ozen Kompresor engine models up to 55 kW are equipped with a horizontal oil tank which due to its compact structure takes up little space and provides a rather large internal volume. Due to their design, these compressors are very convenient for maintenance. Also, short connections prevent the risk of oil leakage and pressure loss.

OZEN Kompresor engine models up to 55 kW have high-quality separator models with an optimum two-stage cleaning system: a horizontal separator tank for pre-cleaning of compressed air and replaceable winding filters for final cleaning.

The separation system allows achieving the highest quality indices of compressed air – the amount of oil drops below the level of 2 mg/m³. In addition, the high efficiency of the separator using the optimal oil splitting increases the service life of the compressor.

Products manufactured by Ozen Kompresor, depending on the environmental conditions, have different cooling systems and are designed to operate at an ambient temperature of 0 C to +45 C. Special solutions of the Ozen kompresor in cooling allow the equipment to operate at full load 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The offered options of heat exchanger by Ozen Kompresor are exploited for heating water and indoor air.

Maestro control panels were especially designed for the PLC compressor. The control panels of Maestro 10 and Maestro 20 support 12 languages. They can control several compressors and are equally accessible for the service functions. Monitoring pressure, temperature of the screws, automatic maintenance monitoring and many other functions are all provided in the user-friendly control panel of this series.

In the basic configuration of the compressors by Ozen Kompresor the phase sequence relay is installed consequently. So that the reverse rotation of the motor during the whole service life of the compressor is prevented.

Modern products have an ergonomic body. Due to noise insulation, the power of sound of the unit meets all international standards. Therefore, the CORE series from Ozen Kompresor stands out among the competitors.
